Table Dimensions:

• Tables are 30" x 72"

• Table cloths are included

• 2 chairs per table

• Table Fee: $150 CDN

We have room for 30 tables so please don't wait until the last minute to reserve!

• 15 March 2026:  Deadline for applications for Tables​

• 31 March 2026:  Deadline for receipt of Table Fee ($150 CDN)

PLEASE NOTE:  Your table is not secured until your table registration fee has been paid in full.  See payment methods below.

Required Information:

To help us expedite consideration of your application, please be sure to provide:

1. Your 250 word bio

2. Links to your website and social media

3. Five (5) photos of your work (Send to info@vgs2026.com or info@victoriaguitarshow.ca) 

4. A photo of you! (Send to info@vgs2026.com or info@victoriaguitarshow.ca) 

5. Your table registration fee payment ($150 CDN)
    

Promotion:

VGS would like to use your bio, website, social media info and photos of your work on the VGS website and social media.  Please advise if you do NOT consent to this.

How and When to Pay for your Table:

​

Once your application has been approved the VGS will draft an invoice for your preferred payment method.

• E Transfer (Canada Only)​ preferred

• Paypal can be arranged by request. There will be an additional 3% charge. Please contact Reuben at info@joiguitars.com
